“My name is Amber Splawn, from Decatur, Tx. I am a stay at home mom of 2 and a big music fan! I love Alvarado Road Show because they are so talented as well as humble. I have known them since I was a small kid and have always loved everything they've ever sang or played. Their family is very special to me and I always look forward to the next concert I get to see them at. Even my kids are ARS fans! :) My 3 yr old son, Caleb, loves to rock out to their music on his drums and my 8 month old girl, Karsen, goes crazy during their concerts. Even at one before she even made it here, when I was about 7 months along with her! We all love ARS here at my house!”

In April, we made our way down to Geneva, Alabama for the “Festival Of Rivers” where we performed with Ricochet & James Otto. It was our second year to perform at the festival and loved every minute of it! We had a blast hanging with Faye Smith, John Paul Mott (Mott Entertainment) and all the staff that were so kind to ARS. Ya’ll rock!

The Alvarado Road Show "Fan Of The Month" for April is, Tonya Manchester from Brownwood Texas. Here is why Tonya thinks she should be "Fan Of The Month" in her own words! “I go to the High Mesa Cowboy Church and am married to Wayne Manchester. We have a 3 year old, her name is Caralee Helenrose Manchester and a 3 Month old, her name is Catelyn Jean Manchester and they are my world. I love ARS and their music! The first time I heard ARS was at the High Mesa Cowboy Church in Brownwood, Texas and I love it cause they are so good! It is so awesome and I am so happy God gave yall that gift because he gave me a gift of meeting yall and listening to your music. When I hear yalls music it just makes me so happy. That one song, “Momma Prayed” reminds me of my grandma because that is pretty much all she did was pray and when I was sad about something, she would tell me just pray about it and ask God for help. She was the best grandma and I know she is in Heaven right now watching over me and smiling. I just really really really love yalls music. Yall are some good people, I am so glad I got to meet yall and cant wait to see yall again. May God be with yall every step yall make. God bless the ARS and their family. May God bless yall.".

"He's A Cowboy" gets recorded by Joey + Rory!
A couple of months ago, our office received a phone call & we learned that a song that Cleve & AJ had written along with friend and songwriter David Banning entitled, “He’s A Cowboy” had been recorded by the country husband wife duo, Joey + Rory for their upcoming project on Sugar Hill Records. “He’s A Cowboy” was originally recorded on ARS’ “Long Haul Cowboy” project and has been performed all over the country by ARS! Joey & Rory also invited Alvarado Road Show to come and be a guest vocal on the song! So we made our way to the studio to record our parts. To our surprise, Jon Randall was sitting in the producers seat producing vocals for the project! Jon also produced Dierks Bentley’s “Up On The Ridge” CD and wrote, Brad Paisley’s “Whiskey Lullaby”. Way cool! We can’t wait for you to hear their version of the tune, They cut the fire out of it and Joey sings like a bird! It sounds awesome! This Is Our First Month To Name The Alvarado Road Show "Fan Of The Month"! For a month we posted on our Facebook page that we will be naming someone "Fan Of The Month". We asked why you thought you should be the Alvarado Road Show “Fan Of The Month" and we got a lot of great respond. The fan with the best reason for March is "Patricia Chism Tyler". Here is why she says she would like to be the winner!
”My name is Patricia Chism Tyler, I live in Fort Worth, Texas. I have a 19 year old son who loves ARS and so do I. I asked them to perform at my wedding and they did! I meet them a few years ago going to almost everywhere they showed up as long as it was in Texas! I would love to be the Fan of the month cause I love them and I know every song ! I have taken tons of pictures of them and it would be an honor to my son to show him I did it. He is a special needs child and demands a lot but when he wants to see ARS, that's when I say ok I'm taking him to see them and he loves the guys. I just love seeing his face light up.
